Tegan Herchenrader is an experienced digital content designer at Magnet Forensics since April 2021, responsible for creating and maintaining digital content for software products while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Previous roles include technical writing and instructional design at VertiGIS, where Tegan produced high-quality documentation and managed training projects. Earlier experience includes positions as a teaching assistant at McMaster University, technical writer at Sybase, and project control officer at CGI. Tegan holds a degree in E-learning and instructional design from the University of Washington and advanced degrees in Globalization and Arts and Business from McMaster University and the University of Waterloo, respectively.
