Francis Carmichael possesses significant experience in behavioral health, serving as a Registered Behavior Health Technician at Butterfly Effects from May 2023 to April 2024 and at Autism Home Support Services, Inc. from September 2020 to April 2023. Prior experience includes a caregiver role at Community Alliance from September 2019 to September 2021. Francis is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Central Michigan University, expected to complete in August 2024, while also enrolled in an Associate of Arts program at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College since September 2023. Francis completed education at Washtenaw Community College between 2019 and 2023 and graduated from Canton High School.
