Ashley M. is an experienced behavior analyst and clinical director currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert at the Behavior Analyst Certification Board since September 2022 and as Clinical Director at Acorn Health since July 2022. Previous roles include Ethics and Compliance Officer, Clinical Director, and BCBA/LBA Clinical Supervisor at Golden Steps ABA, as well as Regional Director at GBE. Ashley began the career in crisis intervention counseling before transitioning to behavior analysis, with positions including Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Autism Home Support Services and Independent Behavior Consultant. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Connecticut State University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Special Education and Teaching and Psychology from MacMurray College.
