Kathy V. serves as the Executive Vice President of Global Operations and Business Transformation at Magnera Corporation since November 2024. Previously, Kathy held the position of Vice President of Global Operations at Glatfelter, overseeing operational leadership for manufacturing facilities across the US and Europe while leading safety and quality initiatives. At Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope, Kathy was responsible for safety, supply chain, and procurement strategies, reporting directly to the CEO. During a two-decade tenure at OMNOVA Solutions, Kathy played key roles in safety, health, environment, and regulatory affairs, as well as global operations management. Kathy's early career included various engineering and leadership roles at DuPont. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
