Amanda Dell Hart, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Vice President of Global Total Rewards at Magnera Corporation since November 2024. Prior experience includes various roles at Glatfelter from October 2014 to November 2024, culminating in the position of Director of Global Talent and Rewards, along with several corporate Human Resources managerial roles. Additionally, Amanda was an Independent Consultant for Mary Kay Inc. from October 2010 to November 2024 and served as Personnel Services Specialist for Carroll County Sheriff's Office from October 2007 to October 2014, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment and employee training. Previous roles also include Area Manager at TruGreen LandCare and Research Technician at the US Department of Agriculture. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Agricultural Sciences and Technology from the University of Maryland, awarded in 2006.
