Mallory Herman is a seasoned professional in client success and education, currently serving as a Client Success Manager at Magna5 since September 2023. Previously, Mallory held the position of Director of Brand Communication at Rare and Forever Natural Diamonds, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and ensuring service adoption.
