Zev Smith is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership across multiple organizations, including Magna International and Aviva Canada. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Human Resources at Magna International, Zev has previously held various senior roles at Cosma International and Aviva Canada, where responsibilities included providing strategic HR guidance to executives, driving cultural transformations, and implementing talent management strategies. Zev has a strong background in change management, analytics, and organizational development, demonstrated through significant contributions at Tangerine and in earlier roles at TD Ameritrade and State Street. Zev holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Ivey Business School, a BA in Economics from York University, and is working towards an Executive Coaching designation through the International Coaching Federation.
