Rita Rois Soler is an HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as a Técnico de recursos humanos at Magna International since December 2023, Rita's previous positions include Human Resources Advisor at Deutsche Windtechnik and Payroll Specialist at RAIMUNDO LAFUENTE ASESORES, S. L. Rita has also held HR positions at ATLAS COPCO ZARAGOZA, NEUMATICOS CLAVIJO, RKW SE, and WT GRUPESA LOGISTICA SA. Rita holds a Diplomada en Relaciones Laborales from Universidad de Zaragoza and a Master en Prevención de riesgos laborales, PRL 3 especialidades from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja. Additionally, Rita has completed a Master de Dirección y Recursos Humanos and is currently enhancing language skills in English at the Escuela oficial de idiomas de Zaragoza.
