Kimberly Preston is an experienced Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Engineer currently working at Big Rapids Products since October 2011, where the company has seen more than double growth over the past four years. In addition, Kimberly has operated Q.A. Services LLC since March 2004, specializing in auditing and training for various industries on topics including HACCP, food safety, customer service, and process improvements. Previous roles include Quality Assurance at Unified Brands, where responsibilities involved troubleshooting and leading corrective actions, and Supply Chain Quality Engineer at Nestle Waters - Michigan during a new manufacturing facility startup. Earlier experience includes quality engineering positions at Woodward, FST, and Top Craft Metal Products, focusing on certification processes, documentation, and process improvement.
