Julio Pérez-Muelas Alcázar is a seasoned professional in the optics and mechanics field, currently serving as Global Lead Manager for Optics and Mechanics at Magna International since August 2021. Prior to this role, Julio had an extensive tenure at Valeo from October 2013 to August 2021, where responsibilities included managing multiple optic teams as Optic Design Manager and leading design and validation activities as Optic Design Team Leader. Julio's career began at ANDALTEC as an Optic Design Engineer. Educationally, Julio is pursuing a CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online, holds a Master's degree in Geophysics and Meteorology from Universidad de Granada, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the same institution, complemented by a study experience at Linköping University.
