Jan Hauser, CPA, currently serves as a Board Member on the Audit and Technology Committees at Magna International and is the Audit Committee Chair and a Board Member at Enfusion. Previous board roles include serving on the Audit Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee at Proterra Inc and as Audit Committee Chair and Nominating and Governance Committee member at Vonage. Jan Hauser's extensive experience in financial leadership includes roles as Vice President and Officer, Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer at GE, as well as a Partner at PwC for two decades. Additional experience includes serving as a Professional Accounting Fellow at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and various roles at PwC. Jan Hauser holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
