Bruce Cluney is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Magna International since 2006, Bruce has held various significant positions within the company, including Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Power and Vision, as well as Vice President Secretary and General Counsel. Prior to returning to Magna International in 1994, Bruce served as Secretary and General Counsel at Intier Automotive from 2001 to 2006 and held the role of Assistant Secretary and Senior Legal Counsel at Magna International from 1994 to 2001. Bruce began a legal career as an Associate at Borden and Elliot from 1989 to 1994. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Finance from Dalhousie University.
