Alexandru-Dan Nemes is a technical lead with extensive experience in component engineering and hardware design. Currently serving as the Standard Component Technical Lead at Magna International since April 2023, responsibilities include sourcing alternatives during shortages, enhancing component library robustness, implementing cost-saving measures, and overseeing the evaluation and approval of PPAP documentation. Prior to this role, Alexandru-Dan held the same position at Veoneer from January to April 2023 and worked at Honeywell from August 2019 to January 2022 as a Hardware Design Engineer, focusing on value engineering and supplier negotiations. Earlier experience includes a role as a Hardware Validation Engineer at Continental from June 2017 to July 2019. Alexandru-Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Universitatea Politehnica din Timișoara and a BAC Diploma in Electronics and Automation from Colegiul Tehnic "Henri Coanda" Timisoara.
