Stephen Ingram MBA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical advisory roles and risk management, primarily within the fields of security and explosives disposal. Currently serving as a Technical Advisor HMA at the Mines Advisory Group since August 2023, Stephen has also held positions with the International Committee of the Red Cross and Deloitte, where responsibilities included leading programme assurance and post-incident investigations. With prior experience as a Global Technical Advisor at The HALO Trust and crucial leadership roles in the British Army and UK Ministry of Defence focusing on improvised explosive device disposal, Stephen brings a wealth of expertise in training, project management, and operational support across various international conflict settings. Stephen holds an MBA from the University of Northampton, alongside degrees in Ancient History and Strategic Management.
