Marcin Bednarski is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in full stack development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at Magicline GmbH since December 2021, Marcin previously held the position of Team Leader and Full Stack Developer at Clurgo, where responsibilities included leading Java and DevOps teams on a project for Poczta Polska S.A. Marcin's career also features roles as a Full Stack Developer at notable companies, such as Toyota Leasing Polska, Credit Suisse, Aviva Poland, Polkomtel, and Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. Early in the professional journey, Marcin worked as a Java Developer at Royal Software and Horus.
