Benjamin LaForest is an experienced product development professional with a strong background in food science and innovation. Currently serving as the Director of Product at Magic Spoon since September 2022, Benjamin previously held roles such as Senior Manager and Head of R&D at Veggies Made Great®, where leadership of a four-member R&D team and implementation of a stage-gate process were significant contributions. Prior experiences include positions at L Brands, KIND, Pinnacle Foods Group LLC, and Unilever, focusing on commercialization, project management, and R&D in the food sector. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from Cornell University.
