Sheena Bhasin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and academic technology. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Programs at Magic Software Inc. since September 2015, Sheena focuses on enhancing client engagement and collaborates with the CEO and COO on strategic initiatives. Previously, at Strayer University from 2002 to 2013, Sheena held multiple leadership roles including VP of Academic Programs & Technology, where responsibilities included managing the Learning Management System and driving innovation and process improvement. Other roles at Strayer encompassed VP of Online Academics and Online Dean, focusing on online education development and faculty management. Early career experiences include positions at SAIC and OHM Corporation, specializing in training development and compensation analysis. Sheena holds a Master’s in Information Systems from Strayer University, an MBA in Finance from Winthrop University, and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Panjab University.
