Monique van den Boogaart has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Monique began their career as a Secretary for Asset Tilburg, where they increased the number of active members from 40 to 80, started two new teams, and supervised six teams. In 2013, they worked as a Research Intern for the Netherlands Ministry of Economic Affairs and as a Quantitative Analyst for Rabobank. In 2014, they were chosen as one of the top Dutch graduates to study big data applications supervised by McKinsey & Company. During this role, they interviewed 100 (senior) experts and built business cases to implement big data solutions. From 2015 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Data Scientist, Marketplace and Driver Team for Uber. In 2021, they became a Data Science Manager for Fast, leading a team of 3 data scientists working on all seller related data science topics. Finally, in 2022, they became the Data Science Lead for Magic Eden.

Monique van den Boogaart obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Economics from Tilburg University between 2007 and 2010. Monique then went on to pursue a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Economics at the University of Oxford between 2011 and 2013.
