Mikel Enecoiz is a finance and administration professional currently serving as the LAC Finance and Administration Officer at MAGENTA since August 2023, where responsibilities include conducting monthly project financial reconciliations and overseeing the financial management of multiple grants. Previous experience includes serving as a Wikimania Project Officer at Wikimedia Foundation, where Mikel coordinated grant and scholarship programs, and as a Project Coordinator at Prometheus Agency, focusing on consultancy and project management for various sectors. Mikel also worked at the Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores de México as a Chancelor’s Office Trainee, contributing to foreign affairs initiatives, and as an Associate Financial Analyst at Itera Capital, participating in a seed capital investment fund. Mikel holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universidad Iberoamericana and has international experience from studies in Italy and Germany.
