Noelle Richardson, AHFI, LSSBB, CPC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare fraud investigation and process improvement. Currently serving as a Senior SIU Investigator at Magellan Health since May 2018, Noelle conducts compliance-focused investigations and manages allegations of healthcare fraud and abuse. Previous roles include Senior Process Improvement Analyst at Magellan Health, where Noelle led process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Design Thinking methodologies. Noelle's background also encompasses positions at various healthcare organizations, including Supervisor of SIU at Superior HealthPlan and Compliance Supervisor, where responsibilities included fraud analytics, compliance oversight, and training.
