Kathy Fox is an experienced professional in health services administration with over two decades of progressive leadership in operations and process improvement. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Payroll and Workday Technology at Magellan Health since November 2016, Kathy has previously held multiple roles within the organization, including HR Process Improvement Director and Manager. Earlier experience includes positions at AlphaCare of New York, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, and Diversified Clinical Services, where Kathy directed operations for hospital-based Wound Care Centers and progressed through key roles such as Area Vice President and BPI Implementation Manager. Kathy's educational background includes an MBA in Health Services Administration and a Master of Health Sciences from the University of Florida, supplemented by a Master Certificate in Business Analysis from Villanova University and certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
