Adam Williams currently serves as a Social Work Intern at Baptist Health System KY & IN, where responsibilities include assisting the emergency department case manager. With extensive experience as a Master Resilience Trainer and Performance Expert at Magellan Federal since February 2019, Adam has previously worked as a GED coordinator and psychology teacher at Stevens-Henager College. Additionally, prior to 2019, Adam owned a business focused on enhancing performer and team performance through mindset and cohesion improvements, and held multiple roles at Fastenal, including manager and outside sales, achieving significant sales growth. Adam is actively pursuing a Master of Social Work degree at Western Kentucky University, building upon previous educational qualifications in sports psychology and child and adolescent development.
