Jean-Marc Velez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational performance enhancement and project management. As the founder of RRAnimal since January 2022, Jean-Marc focuses on educating individuals and their caregivers through feline ethology, aimed at improving relationships and nurturing capabilities. Currently, Jean-Marc serves as a partner in operations at Profit Implement and at Magellan Consulting Group, where the focus is on delivering excellence in industrial operations management. Jean-Marc also founded JMVR Conseils in 2004, dedicating efforts to transform human and organizational performance through the RRA® and Flow methodologies. Achievements include being the first French participant to complete the RAAM three times and managing significant transformation projects across various organizations, contributing to measurable performance improvements. Educational qualifications include a Diplôme EADA in Human Resource Management and a degree in Business Law from prestigious French institutions.
