Jesper Olsen has extensive experience in IT operations and infrastructure, currently serving as the Head of IT Operation and Infrastructure at Magasin du Nord since 1999. Jesper has managed the system administration for 500 clients and 65 servers, utilizing various technologies including Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012 R, and SQL Server versions. In addition to system management, Jesper has provided telephone support, deployed Windows clients, and serviced point-of-sale systems. Jesper's educational background includes numerous certifications such as the Ekahau Pro ECSE and ITIL Foundation V3, as well as multiple Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist certifications, enhancing a robust skill set in IT.
