Laura Turner is an experienced Change Management Consultant currently with MAG (Airports Group) since March 2023. Prior to this role, Laura served as Head of Change and Transformation (Customer Services) at Studio Retail Limited, where significant achievements included leading a diverse team through a transformative acquisition and establishing a customer services strategy. Previous roles include Project Manager at Liberata, Senior IT Project Manager at BT Lancashire Services, and various project-related positions at Lancashire County Council, where Laura managed substantial social care initiatives and digital transformation projects. Laura holds a degree in Business Studies from the University of Central Lancashire and has completed various courses in accounting, business administration, and graphic design.
