Karen Leah has extensive experience in business architecture, strategy, and planning, currently serving as the Head of Business Architecture, Strategy and Planning at MAG (Airports Group) since April 2022. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of IT Business Analyst at Manchester Airport from September 2019 to April 2022. A significant portion of Karen's career was spent at United Utilities from September 1989 to September 2019, during which time key roles included Business Analyst, Wholesale Service Desk Manager, and Strategy Development Manager for Wholesale.
