Tjalling Boonstra currently serves as the Director of the Air Cargo Division at NIPPON EXPRESS GROUP, with responsibilities for the Airfreight Product for the EMEA region, a position held since July 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Pricing and Procurement for Air EMEA at Nippon Express and Manager of Sales, Business Development, and Operations for Europe at Air Menzies International. Tjalling held multiple senior roles in the air freight sector, including Vice President and Director of Air Products at UTi and Area Head of Air Freight for Belgium and the Netherlands at Panalpina. Previous positions also include key roles in DHL Global Forwarding and AEI. Tjalling possesses an educational background in Transport Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and Erasmus College.
