Sumit B. has extensive experience in human resources and employee experience roles across various industries. Currently, Sumit serves as the Head of Employee Experience for the Americas and as Global Head of People Advisory at A.P. Moller - Maersk. Previously, Sumit held the position of Head of People Partnering for the APAC region. At Anheuser-Busch InBev, Sumit was the HR Head of the Global Capability Center. Additional experience includes being Vice President of Human Resources at Wells Fargo and holding multiple director-level positions at Dell, focusing on HR operations and management in Asia and India. Earlier in the career, Sumit worked as an Operations Manager at Mphasis AAB.
