Komail Raza is currently the S&P and T&D Lead at Zarya App, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Komail served as a CXP & SXP Specialist at Daraz from October 2017 to March 2022, focusing on Helpcenter and Chatbot initiatives. Additional experience includes positions as a System & Process Executive and Customer Service Representative at ABS Technology from January 2016 to October 2017, and as an Assistant at Habib Insurance Company Ltd for six months in 2015. Komail Raza holds a Bachelor of Public Administration in Marketing from the University of Karachi, completed between 2016 and 2019, and an Intermediate degree in Commerce from Shah Commerce College from 2014 to 2015. Early education includes matriculation in Commerce from Ghulaman-e-Abbas School, completed in 2013.
