Johnny Lykke is an experienced professional in the offshore wind industry, currently serving as Operational Director at Maersk Offshore Wind since November 2024. Prior roles include Director of Operations and Technical Lead Installation Operation Manager at Maersk Supply Service from April 2022 to November 2024, and Owner of JLCWIND from June 2019 to September 2023. Johnny held the position of Head of Special Projects at ZITON A/S from August 2019 to March 2022 and served as Head of Projects and Manager of Offshore Wind Projects at Swire Blue Ocean A/S from January 2011 to November 2018. Earlier in Johnny's career, roles included COO at Advanced Offshore Solutions, Technical Director at A2SEA A/S, Barge Master at Ensco and Maersk Contractors, and Styrmand at ØK. Johnny Lykke holds a Master’s degree in Marine Navigation from Svendborg Navigationsskole, obtained between 1988 and 1990.
