Morten Heide is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in research and development within the appliance industry. Currently serving as CTO at Maersk Container Industry since March 2014, Morten previously held multiple R&D management roles at Electrolux Professional from December 2001 to March 2014, overseeing teams dedicated to laundry systems, washers, dryers, and product development. Morten’s career began at Anhydro A/S and progressed through various engineering roles, showcasing a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and process engineering. Academic credentials include a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern Denmark and a Bachelor in Financial (HD-R) from Copenhagen Business School and University of Southern Denmark, along with a management program from DIEU / Mannaz focused on management, leadership, and strategy.
