Lene Kongstedt Arends currently serves as a Project Management Officer at Maersk Container Industry since August 2023. Prior to this role, Lene held the position of Project Manager at Lemvigh-Müller A/S from December 2019 to July 2023, leading strategic projects including the implementation of a new PIM platform and optimization of procurement processes while utilizing the PRINCE2 and SCRUM frameworks. From October 2014 to November 2019, Lene worked at DSB in various roles, including PMO & Portfolio Coordinator, where responsibilities included ensuring project document quality and coach project managers, and as Business Project Manager, overseeing development projects related to rolling stock. Earlier experience includes positions at the Technical University of Denmark, Coloplast, Herlev Hospital, and Børnehuset Ellegården. Lene holds a Master of Science in Design & Innovation from DTU and has also studied at Politecnico di Milano.
