Matt Hertzfeldt is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience and sales management. Since August 2016, Matt serves as the Chief Experience Officer and Head of Customer Experience at Madwire®, where also functions as a Marketing Consultant. Previously, Matt held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Stack Overflow from 2013 to 2016, and served as Program Manager at Deltak between 2011 and 2013. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Sales Manager at HomeAdvisor (formerly ServiceMagic) from 2007 to 2011 and Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from 2004 to 2007. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
