Jamie Amis, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the People & Culture Hospitality Business Partner at MadTree Brewing Company, beginning in January 2024. Prior to this role, Jamie worked as a Human Resources Generalist at STACK Construction Technologies, where significant contributions included enhancing internal communications and fundraising for the Greater Cincinnati Alzheimer’s Association. Jamie also held HR positions at Easy Way Products and Feintool, supporting HR operations within respective organizations. Notable experience includes developing team member programs and communication strategies at Newport Aquarium and managing training and engagement initiatives at JACK Entertainment and Caesars Entertainment Corporation. Jamie's foundational experience includes roles in law enforcement with Norfolk Constabulary and as a Monitoring Centre Controller with Serco, complemented by education in policing and sports development from Norwich City College and East Norfolk Sixth Form College.
