Manuela Trujillo has a diverse work experience in marketing and entrepreneurship. Manuela co-founded Madre Tierra in 2018, where they hold the role of Co-Founder & CMO. Manuela is responsible for the marketing strategy, brand development, content production, channel management, and lead generation.
Prior to that, Manuela worked at Pizantex SA, a Colombian textile manufacturer and supplier. Manuela started as a Marketing Assistant in 2009 and later became the Lead Designer. Manuela also served as the Head of Marketing, overseeing the full marketing function of the company, including brand development, content production, and supporting the sales teams.
Before joining Pizantex, Manuela co-founded Cápsula de moda, a marketing consultancy company. Manuela worked with small to medium-sized companies in the beauty and fashion industry, developing brand and communications strategies and implementing transformation plans.
Early in their career, Manuela started as an intern at Volaré - pizantex and was later promoted to Marketing Coordinator. Manuela'sresponsibilities included establishing and building a well-positioned brand image.
