Rachel Wood, MSN, currently serves as a Substitute School Nurse for Madison Metropolitan School District and as a Provider Outreach and Education Nurse Analyst for WPS Health Solutions, where responsibilities include clinical education across multiple jurisdictions. Rachel also holds the position of Program Supervisor at Madison School & Community Recreation and previously worked as a Utilization Management Care Coordinator at Independence Blue Cross, overseeing precertification requests for high-cost medications. Prior experience includes roles at UW Health in Nursing Informatics, Johns Hopkins Hospital as a Registered Nurse in behavioral health, and as a Teacher Assistant at West Chester University. Rachel's educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of Maryland School of Nursing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
