Nouria Demini-Harvey has 12 years of experience working as a Travel Director, beginning in 2008 with Bishop-McCann, LLC. Nouria then worked with Creative Group, Inc. (2005), Madison Performance Group (2005), McVeigh Associates, Ltd. (2005), Meetings & Incentives (2013), and Westfield Group (2014). Prior to their work experience as a Travel Director, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Sharp Memorial Hospital from 1998-1999, and with various events agencies from 1999-2000 as an International Travel Director Meetings and Incentives.

Nouria Demini-Harvey obtained a Law degree from University Paris XIV in France between 1989 and 1992. Nouria also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from College Georges Clemenceau between 1986 and 1988.
