Jett Jones began their career in 2015 as a Barista at Cafe Artista. In 2016, they became a Customer Service Representative at Textbook Recycling, where they used phone and email to effectively solve customer inquiry, trained customer service teams on shift, and accurately multitasked while remaining detail oriented. From 2017 to 2022, Jett worked at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) in a variety of roles. As an Event Lead, they influenced company-wide decision making during the pandemic on gatherings, hired, trained, mentored, and supervised staff, and coordinated conferences, formal parties, vaccine clinics, non-profit fundraisers, and corporate social events for up to 1,000 guests. As an Event Coordinator, they coordinated exhibits, hospitality labs, and seminars, and managed Conference & Trade Show team metrics. As a Library Intern, they filled requests for internal customers and managed inventory for library resources. In 2022, Jett began working as a Technology Coordinator at Madison Performance Group.
Jett Jones attended the University of Idaho from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a degree in Apparel, Textiles, and Design with a minor in Fine Arts, focusing on Fashion/Apparel Design. In October 2022, they obtained an advanced certification in CVENT Event Management from Cvent.
