Devin Goldberg began their career in 2004 as the Director of Operations for Carnegie Cooke & Company Inc. Devin then joined Madison Performance Group in 2006 as an Account Manager and later held the role of Senior Program Manager and Senior Account Manager. In their current role, they are responsible for direct/dealer channel incentives across multiple verticals, leveraging new technologies and service methodologies to grow their client's business, lower attrition rates, and reinforce their core values. Devin has over 15 years of experience in the Reward & Recognition and Sales Incentives industry.

Devin Goldberg attended St. John's University, where they studied Marketing in the Peter J. Tobin College of Business. In August 2015, they obtained a CF-L1 Crossfit Trainer certification from CrossFit/ANSI.
