Scott McNeil is an experienced manufacturing professional with over two decades in the aluminum casting industry. Currently serving as the Manufacturing Support Manager at Madison-Kipp Corporation since September 2013, Scott oversees support departments across multiple plant locations, focusing on maintenance scheduling and tooling enhancements. Previous roles at Madison-Kipp include Maintenance Manager and Tool and Die Supervisor. Prior to this, Scott worked at Alcoa Aluminum Co, where responsibilities ranged from Tool Room Manager to Operations Manager, and also gained experience at Reynolds Aluminum as a Foundry Process Engineering Technician and Production Supervisor. Scott's career began as a Casting Operator at Reynolds-Lemmerz. Scott holds a Technical Degree in Police Sciences from Blackhawk Technical College.
