Mario Pace has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Mario currently works at Madison Group Enterprises as a Partner Manager, where they are responsible for developing and managing the new Madison Technologies Partner Program in the AU region. Prior to this, Mario worked as a Business Development Manager Resources & Infrastructure at Madison Group Enterprises.

Before joining Madison Group Enterprises, Mario worked at Alliance Automation as a Business Manager Queensland, where they were in charge of the growth and operations of the Mackay location. Mario also served as a Business Manager at Alliance Automation, responsible for servicing an area South to Gladstone, North to Cairns, and West to Emerald.

Mario's previous experience includes working at LogiCamms as a Business Development Lead and Business Development Coordinator. Mario utilized their mining experience to build relationships and expand the company's footprint in the Mackay region. Additionally, they worked as a Scheduler/Electrical Engineer at LogiCamms.

Earlier in their career, Mario worked at BHP Billiton as an Electrical Advisor and at Mackay Sugar as an Electrician.

Mario Pace completed an Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Engineering Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2014.
