Tom Bertz, Jr., CPA, currently serves as the Risk and Controls Lead at Madison Gas and Electric, overseeing the integration of internal controls and security into the development of Workforce Asset Management (WAM) and Mobile Work Management systems. With extensive experience starting from Alliant Energy, Tom has successfully led various projects, including the implementation of Oracle Customer to Meter and Oracle Cloud ERP systems. Prior roles include establishing revenue controls, managing financial analyses, and developing corporate financial models, demonstrating a strong background in financial management and regulatory compliance. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from St. Norbert College.
