Rachel Winstanley has a diverse work experience in various roles, primarily in the digital and technology sector. Rachel is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at Made Tech since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at the Ministry of Justice Digital & Technology from November 2021 to January 2023. Rachel also served as a Scrum Master (Digital Fast Streamer) at HM Revenue & Customs from April 2021 to October 2021, and as a Product Owner at Fast Stream Intranet from March 2021 to October 2021. Rachel has also worked as a Technical Business Analyst (Digital Faststreamer) at The Alan Turing Institute from October 2020 to March 2021, and as a Business Analyst (Digital Faststreamer) at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) from October 2019 to September 2020. Before that, they held the position of Domestic Billing Team Leader at ENGIE from February 2019 to September 2019, and as a Market Operations Administrator at ENGIE – UK & Ireland from January 2018 to February 2019.

Rachel Winstanley completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International History and Politics at the University of Leeds from 2012 to 2015. Afterward, they pursued a higher level of education, obtaining a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Modern History, also from the University of Leeds, from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, in April 2021, Rachel obtained a certification in Professional Scrum Product Manager II from Scrum.org.
