Steven D. Sallen began their career at Maddin, Hauser, Roth & Heller, P.C. in 1983 as a law clerk. Steven is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of the firm. Prior to that, they worked at Maddin Hauser as a Shareholder starting in 1991.

Steven Sallen attended Cranbrook from 1973-1977. Steven then went on to earn a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 1977-1981. Steven continued their education at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law from 1981-1984, earning a JD degree.
