Kaitlin Phan is a skilled graphic designer with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Information Technology from Arizona State University. Currently serving as a Junior Graphic Designer at Madd Gear since March 2022, Kaitlin previously held the position of Visual Designer at Small Business Tips from August 2020 to November 2021, where responsibilities included creating design concepts for the company's virtual conference and developing marketing collateral. Earlier experience includes roles as a Graphic Design Intern, GIT Grader, and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Arizona State University, and as a Graphic Designer for The GIT Creative Agency, where Kaitlin led a rebranding project for the Graphic Information Technology program.
