Mr. Brooks has more than 35 years of experience starting, managing, and growing technology businesses.

As an executive and entrepreneur, he has successfully developed and implemented business strategies for numerous companies. His technical expertise includes financial management, business operations management, project management, sales and marketing management, information systems management, product development and customer service program development.

Prior to co-founding Mad Vine, Mr. Brooks was President of the telecommunications firm Electra, Director of Operations for SMS Data Products Group, and managed practice office operations for Deloitte. He is also a Principal at Brooks Littlefield.

Mr. Brooks received Masters of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Maryland.
