Prior experiences include serving as Chief Counsel for Global HR and Compliance at Levi Strauss & Co., and practicing as a Partner at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, where the focus was on various legal practice areas including employment discrimination and business litigation. Tracy's legal career began at Baker & McKenzie and includes significant roles at Latham & Watkins, Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold, and experience in both state and federal labor and employment litigation.
