In this role, they collaborated with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention; planned, led, developed, coordinated, and implemented policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs; performed routine tasks required to administer, oversee and execute the administration of human resource programs; maintained knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applied this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to management; upheld a strong commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion; handled employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors; participated in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations; and maintained federal, state, local laws (including EU) for compliance.

Chrissy Tirazona holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Strayer University (VA) in Human Resource Management, which they earned in 2013. Chrissy also holds a Bachelor's Degree from De La Salle University in Political Science, which they earned in 2004. Prior to their collegiate education, Tirazona attended International Christian Academy from 1998-2001.
