Mr. Lurz is a Senior Advisor at Mckinsey & Company and has more than 25 years’ worth of experience. Prior to joining Mckinsey & Company, Mr. Lurz was a Global Division Head of Homecare at Reckitt Benckiser and CEO and Managing Director of Reckitt Central Europe. Mr. Lurz holds a Master of Science in Industrial Management from Stony Brook University and an MBA from the University of Tuebingen.
