Thais Santana has extensive experience in customer service, currently working at Macrina Bakery since September 2019. Previously, Thais held the position of Creative Services and Project Coordinator at Elemidia Empresas from January 2009 to June 2013, where responsibilities included managing the creation area, planning workflow, and ensuring smooth project completion. Thais also started as a Project Coordinator Intern, where writing and distributing project briefings and acting on behalf of the Director of Creation were key tasks, leading to a promotion to full-time staff after seven months due to demonstrated managerial skills. Thais holds a Bachelor of Technology in Graphic Design from Centro Universitário Sant'Anna, earned between 2007 and 2009, and completed a User Experience course at Mergo in 2021.
